Modern Mowing Technology

The introduction of the new DM4000 series marks a full update to the established line of front-mounted plain disc mowers. This latest generation brings significant improvements, including direct mounting to the tractor without the need for an A-frame, as well as a reinforced driveline for increased durability.

With the addition of a 3.6m model, the DM4000 lineup now offers three working widths: 2.8m, 3.2m, and 3.6m. The new DM4036 model not only boosts capacity but also ensures better overlap when used alongside butterfly mowers, enhancing overall field coverage.

Thanks to its compact design, excellent terrain adaptability, and straightforward operation, the DM4000 series is engineered to handle intensive mowing operations with ease. It is an ideal match for various combinations, including rear-mounted mowers and loader wagons

Advanced Suspension System for Demanding Conditions

The DM4000 series is built to excel in tough field environments. The mowing unit operates independently of the tractor’s front linkage, offering outstanding vertical flexibility—up to 430mm upwards and 210mm downwards. It also features a 17° transverse pivot range to follow ground contours smoothly across a wide range of field conditions.

The integrated NonStop BreakAway system allows the mower to swing back and lift automatically when hitting an obstacle, protecting both the cutterbar and mower from potential damage.

Intuitive Use and Practical Design

Ease of use is at the core of the DM4000’s design. All key settings for optimizing performance are quick and intuitive to adjust. The mower attaches directly to the tractor’s front linkage, eliminating the requirement for a separate A-frame, simplifying setup.

A two-speed driveline is featured as standard, allowing for easy switching from standard 1000 rpm to 750 rpm by adjusting the pulleys. This gives operators the flexibility to lower fuel consumption during lighter tasks such as summer forage collection with a loader wagon.

For added convenience, optional hydraulically folding side guards make transitioning from working mode to transport mode quick and hassle-free.
